With two decades of experience, Greg’s legal approach prioritizes collaboration, communication, and problem-solving. As a Partner at the firm, Greg describes his services as a one-stop-shop providing a wide range of legal services, ensuring his clients receive an efficient and committed approach to their cases. He advises community associations regarding HOA law and provides general counsel, collections services, document amendments, general litigation, construction defect litigation, conjunctive suits, collections litigation, land use, commercial leases, management agreements, creative LLCs, and landlord and tenant matters. Greg is driven by the mantra, “remember you know more than the judge,” and he diligently prepares for cases in a manner that best educates judges and positions his clients to succeed.
Greg’s passion for law and affability enables him to connect and develop meaningful relationships with his clients. This extends to educating the public sector concerning HOA law at CAI conferences, Lorman conferences, and firm events. His passion also includes legislative work, where he serves on legislative action committees in Oregon and Washington, addressing the nationwide housing crisis.
Personal and professional development are crucial pillars of Greg’s leadership style; he strives to make each employee feel included and important. His conscientiousness concerning team building fosters an inclusive, collaborative, and close-knit environment that encourages employee development. Each year, he selects a professional development book that his team reads, discusses, and pulls insights from for implementation in the firm. This helps create a culture of ingenuity with better work routines that align with personal, professional, and organizational goals.
Outside of the office, Greg enjoys outdoor activities such as skiing, snowboarding, skateboarding, and woodworking. He is family oriented and loves spending time with his wife and three children.
